What can I expect after I submit my virtual tour form?

You'll receive a confirmation email from jennifershamam@gmail.com
The salesperson assigned to conduct your virtual tour will send you a text message to your preferred app confirming the appointment and to confirm the appointment details
On the specified day/time of your appointment, your assigned salesperson will video call you on your preferred app
Most virtual tours take approximately 30 - 60 minutes
During the appointment your assigned salesperson will take you on a tour of the showroom showing you our current collection and and share everything you could want to know about how our pieces are made, why they are unique, who makes them, what they are made from, and how to use them.
The virtual tour is a no obligation appointment; however, should you wish to shop, the salesperson will pick your order off the shelf
Shopping for a gift? Please be sure to ask your salesperson to include a gift card. If we are shipping directly to the gift recipient, we're happy to write a personalized message in a gift card for you.
Once you have chosen all the items you wish to purchase, we will require your full shipping details to quote for shipping
Payment will be requested. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
If you live in the States, we have the option of accepting Venmo payments

Can I use PayPal?

Unfortunately, PayPal was blocked in Türkiye in 2017, so we are unable to offer this payment option at this time.

How do you ship my order?

We ship door to door via UPS to most destinations worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After finalizing your order and payment is complete, we will fill and check your order and get it off with the shipping company the same day, or if you are ordering on the weekend, on the following Monday. The shipping company promises delivery within 5 to 15 days. Our experience is that most orders take less than 5 days to arrive.

Please note, an adult (21+) must be present to sign upon delivery.

Why don't you have an online shop like everyone else?

Sadly, design theft is rampant in our industry, and it directly harms the livelihoods of our weavers. A single handwoven design can take months to develop and perfect. Once it is visible online, factory producers can copy it and flood the market in just weeks. That kind of theft does not just hurt our business. It undermines everything we are trying to protect.
